Is the reporting in KES?
Yes. Every amount in REMBO is Kenyan shillings, from service prices to loyalty redemption value and salary totals.
Can I see profit for a period?
Open the sales and expense totals for the same date range: income from paid sales against expenses recorded, including advances.
What if a payment is recorded twice?
M-Pesa transactions are tracked per sale with their own reference, and a sale only moves to paid once. Re-checking a pending payment does not create a second charge.
Can my accountant see the numbers?
Give them a manager login for the period you want reviewed, or walk them through the reports on a screen share. Nothing leaves the tenant.
