Salon customer loyalty software

Salon customer loyalty software that brings clients back

A client's card follows them across visits and stylists, and the reward is close enough to feel worth having.

How the rewards work

Earn on paid visits

Points are calculated from the amount actually paid, using your earning rate, so discounts never earn twice.

Redeem at the till

Apply a client's points against the bill in the same checkout, with the value shown on the receipt.

One client record

The phone number links bookings, sales, preferences and points together, even when a client sees a different stylist.

Say thank you after the visit

A paid sale can send the client a short thank-you message naming the points they just earned, using your own SMS key.

Visit history that helps

See what a client usually books, how often they return and what they spend, before they reach the chair.

Simple rules clients remember

Spend an amount, earn a point, redeem points for money off. No tiers to explain at the counter.

Loyalty questions

How fast should points be earned?

Close enough that a regular client reaches a reward within a few visits. If the reward feels years away, clients stop believing in it, so set the earning rate and point value together.

Do points apply to products?

Points come from the paid total, so decide what you want to count when you price services and retail together.

Can a client lose points?

Points stay on the client record until they are redeemed. If you need expiry rules, run them as a manual review rather than deleting history silently.

Does this help with no-shows?

Indirectly, yes. A client with a visible balance and a thank-you message after each visit is a client who remembers you exist. See our article on managing salon bookings for the direct fixes.
